Subscription Renewal
You are required to pay monthly subscription for hosting plan or other services offered by us by manual bank transfer to provided account or automatically by using our payment channel based on monthly billing cycle as stated during agreement of service.
Payment
Payment for our services is due as per the agreed-upon terms. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
Invoices are sent electronically, and late payments may result in service suspension.
You may require paying penalty fee for a website and hosting re-deploy after service suspension. The penalty fee covers various of aspect such as
- Cover our loss for the hosting and storage cost by your late payment and final backups.
- Service fee for new installation and setup.
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks that are required to configure your site functionality.
Prohibited Activities
Types of websites that are not allowed to operate under our services:
- Promoting of any type of scam and fraudulent
- Violation of copyrights
- Serving as IPTV or embedding content that breach copyright law
- Promoting controlled medicine, hazardous chemicals, prescribed drugs, any type of firearms and banned materials
- Adult content, pornography, nudity, sex service
- Activity involving fatalities, suicidal, harassment or discrimination
- Promoting illegal or harmful software (nulled plugin, crack, backdoor)
- Promoting illegal activities
Website Ownership
When you use our website or web design service, you retain ownership of all content provided for your website. Website is migratable after 12 months of service and every after 2 months exceeding the first 12 months for latest new additional pages.
VETTER reserves the right to use your website as part of our portfolio unless otherwise specified.
Migrate and Disallowed Plugins
Our platform completely control plugin installations. If you wish to have specific plugin installed, please contact us and we will install the plugin on behalf of your website.
Types of disallowed plugins features when using our web design service:
- Deprecated - Not maintained and no longer valid and may cause page break and not be compatible with future updates.
- Conflict - Any utility/performance/compression plugin will interfere with our built-in features.
- Caching plugin - Risk of the plugin interfering with the server-side caching and built-in caching system.
- Backup/Migrate/Benchmark/Monitoring - May cause database trashing that abuse SQL queries that may result in the backend process to stop or degrade database performance. VETTER already has its own backup solutions which run automatically in the backend to secure your website in case of sudden break or infection.
- Bloated - Heavy unnecessary and unstable script running will degrade web performance.
- Security risk - Exploitable, vulnerable and security compromised as this plugin has recently been reported suspicious, flagged as malware and etc. This type of plugin will be disallowed to prevent WordPress hijack, malware infections, potential data loss, ransomware, spyware and spam.
We will not allow of installing and using of "Nulled", "Cracked", "suspicious", "injected" and "harmful" plugin to be installed on our platform. All new plugin installation request has to be "Genuine", "Original" and "licensed" by developer and trusted personnel to which produce the plugin to improve plugins functionality with valid proof of purchase and ownership.
While we're not allowing migrate plugin to be install, we will assist you to export your website content. Please contact us if you wish to terminate your service with us and gather your website content.
Liability
Our website and the materials on our website are provided on an ‘AS IS’ basis. To the extent permitted by law, VETTER makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.
In no event shall VETTER or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this website or the materials on this website, even if VETTER or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
