With cost consumption upfront, we cannot offer refunds for some payments made to our service, as a portion of these payments are used to cover the costs of development and job scope process.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The web design project or other services is incomplete or does not meet the agreed-upon initial specifications.
- Undeliverable project or services such as website additional services and marketing services.

Non-Refundable
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed web design projects that meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- Changes in project requirements after work has commenced.
- Other criteria that are not relevant to our job-scope and service quality.
